April 28th update promised a fix to the gallery freezing up issue. This has not been completely fixed. I clicked on 10 items in the gallery normally and then it froze up when I checked again and lost my progress. The curser also moves all over the place. This is unacceptable.
I’m having the same issue right now too.
I moved my noble family to the 64x64 lot that’s available in Ondarion and wanted to download residential property. When I came a crossed a home that I seen fit, I clicked on the build and that was literally all I could do. I went to try and download it, and it froze. It remained froze for 20 minutes. So I then restarted my console and proceeded to do the same steps and it froze again, again, and again. So I then decided to start a new game and create a new player. It took me into Cas and I started creating my new sim. Then after 7 minutes of creating, it froze. Nothing else was functional and I was too annoyed to even see will it work after a restart. I had spent at least 3 hours already trying to restart and rebuild and quite frankly I’m frustrated. This is completely an inconvenience and without these functions, who actually wants to play the game??
I just posted about this issue as well. It’s completely annoying at this point.
I can’t scroll through my library to look at my creations. The game freezes and I have to close game every single time. It was bad before, marketplace has made it even worse.
Fix issue or refund me for expensive expansion packs immediately. ps5 sims4.
The amount of money being charged for a game that was barely playable even before this marketplace disaster no one wanted is disgusting. The gallery on Xbox is still not placing as of May 1st, 2026. It's been updated, and again the second time to fix the issue. This genuinely makes the game unplayable now and shows the absolute disrespect EA consistently has for it's customers. Stop giving them your money.
Everytime I try to use the gallery on Xbox it bugs out and I have to restart my whole Xbox. It’s causing my not to play the game even when packs are on sale but I can’t even play the game how I want, it’s making me very mad.
also, the new layout on the main screen on xbox is trash. When you go to the marketplace it’s so hard to navigate and look at the packs. The other layout was smooth, this looks like a child put it together. It’s awful and very hard to navigate which also makes me mad and not want to play the game.
Fix the **bleep** game. I spend so much money on this and can’t even play it!
I took my Sim to Spilled Neon to get a custom tattoo. But after leaving CAS it bugged and I can't find my Sim or click on anything to interact.
I explain my situation, when I’m clicking on a item in the Gallery with my A button on my controller it’s select the right item but when I try to save it, follow the creator or just place it in my world or apply something this is not working and I can’t get out of this item like my B button doesn’t work but that only happens in the Sims 4 in other games who I played it never happened.
Yess I been having this exact same problem!! The one time I come back from my sims hiatus 🤦🏽♀️
