April 28th update promised a fix to the gallery freezing up issue. This has not been completely fixed. I clicked on 10 items in the gallery normally and then it froze up when I checked again and lost my progress. The curser also moves all over the place. This is unacceptable.
Sice the Last updated,that promised us fixes, the Galerie is totely broken und the Game keeps freezing aufter around 30 minutes
Same issue. Creating a Sim puts me in a freeze. Just feel like shutting it down today.
I have/had much fun with the Game Most time, but since a few month I just don't enjoy it anymore. That's very sad. Sometimes I just hate it because nothing works properly
So you update to fix things but they just get worst …as usually!!
I can not connect tu EA account so I’m forced to play offline 90% of the time and even worst the gallery is so broken!
eveytime I tried to interact with an item of the gallery my game just freeze and you can just exit the game.
I am currently playing on Xbox series x and everytime I go into the community or my personal gallery, the game proceeds to freeze and I can't close it out or save my game. I have tried making new save files, restarting my console, and uninstalling/reinstalling my packs and nothing seems to help or work. This only happened after the marketplace update and after I installed something from it. Can you please fix/address this issue soon?
I'm on Xbox Series X and play with controller and I'm having this issue as well. Went ahead and updated my game, already have huge regret doing so, the gallery freezes up and I can't do anything. Selecting things in the main menu is a nightmare because I can't move around to load game. This needs to be looked at immediately as I can't even load my sims or builds from the library/gallery without it freezing up!
EA how are you going to make more game packs but not fix the gallery. I have been getting mad at the sims because I just bought the new hobbies game pack and I can’t even use it for the custom tattoos I want to get off the gallery since every time I do it just freezes and doesn’t let me do anything. I have also been having the same trouble with houses. I have spent so much money on this game but the more you update it the worse it gets. At this point I may as well go back to my Xbox 360 and play sims 3.
Honestly I don’t get how they can make more money hungry packs instead of fixing the proper issues we have had for a while now. I mean I just bought the hobbies pack and I can’t even use it to get custom tattoos. It’s ridiculous.
I just bought Life and Death and Royalty and Legacy on my birthday 2 weeks ago, and I can't even try to play with this mess going on. And then on top of that, one the gloves from the Horse Ranch expansion don't appear on my sims hands when wearing long sleeve jackets. I hadn't updated my game in almost a year and then had to do it in order to play Royalty and Legacy. Shows why I don't ever want to update my game...
Gallery is basically unusable soft locks and forces me to restart the game please add this to the may 12 update
