April 28th update promised a fix to the gallery freezing up issue. This has not been completely fixed. I clicked on 10 items in the gallery normally and then it froze up when I checked again and lost my progress. The curser also moves all over the place. This is unacceptable.
Even after the last update, I have the same problem on ps5 when I want to share something (houses and sims) from my library to the gallery. It froze up with old and new saves.
My game crashed a few times today after the update. Cleared cache files, reduced amount of saves and tray items in my game (as that's made it crash in the past) still crashes. Removed all mods, cleared cache again, created a new save file still the same problem. Usually crashes when I'm moving the house back or forth on the lot.
Yupp this is not fixed...
Still semi-freezes on the "viewing window", meaning it doesnt register any button input, same as before.
Also library is still called gallery when offline...
Even after the latest patch, which states that EA had fixed the bug, my game continues to soft lock whenever I try to load anything from the gallery. I have to completely restart the game and I am frustrated lol, I just want to be able to play the game. Is anyone else still having this ongoing issue?
After yesterdays update my gallery is still broken, the Library part works fine but I cant view anything in the gallery without it freezing and not letting me do anything without exiting my game three or four times and it still doesn't sort right as it still shows packs I own as unowned

Yes, mine is still doing the same thing. I can't load anything from people I follow or things I created myself. Every time I try, it freezes the game and I have to do the same thing of starting over.
It's still getting stuck when you go into gallery in CAS. Try to find a tattoo or anything and you're stuck and the loading thing is going and going.
It already bad enough that sims decided to delete my whole gallery and not letting me download or save anything now everyrime I look up in gallery were I cant ever exit out anything and I have to restart my console yeah these new updates are literally trash cant even enjoy my game time or download anything
I’m unsure if this is happening to anyone else, but with the most recent update to the sims for bugs and glitches. It has introduced a new bug. Rather than almost blocking or being able to access the gallery for downloading lots, tattoos sims etc; my game almost freezes but remains active. It’s hard to explain, for example when I try to download a sims from the gallery it keeps me stuck on the viewing page for said sims but I can still hear the unwanted sims making the usual in game CAS noises. Basically tells me the game hasn’t crashed, it’s more keeping me locked in place in the viewing page. This personally wouldn’t be a problem but I am unable to leave the viewing page. It keeps me locked in place. So I have to completely shut down the game, I’ve tried everything. Downloading sims offline from my own personally gallery, I’ve reset my console, I’ve turned off the game. Nothing. At times it feels like a gamble. Either it will allow me to download said sim or keep me locked in the viewing page. At this point with updates it resolves one issue to introduce another. I beg, please correct this.
