I ran the update for Xbox today 6/18/25 and every time my sim leaves the lot and returns the games crashes - no mods as it is Xbox - has occurred about 5 times today every time is after my sim visits...

Ever since the new update for consoles on 6/17 the game keeps crashing. Is anyone else having this problem? It doesn’t freeze or anything the screen just immediately goes black and crashes. I use an Xbox. This has to be the sixth or seventh time for me and I’m sick of it. I’m no longer playing until this is fixed. It wasn’t doing this before the update. Sometimes it crashes 10 min in and sometimes it crashes an hour in. But it’s crashing, a lot. I’ve been trying to play still but at this point I don’t see why I keep trying. Can this be fixed?
Yeah same thing happening to me. I also play on Xbox and prior to rhe recent update the game was fine. Now it crashes CONSTANTLY. No rhyme or reason. I've even taken it offline and it STILL crashes. And usually that seems to alleviate the issue. I'm so mad I just ordered the new pack and my game is completely unplayable at this point since it crashes within less than half an hour of game play, EVERY SINGLE TIME now.
the same issue is also still happening for me :/ sometimes it’ll be okay for a solid hour or so then crash, or sometimes it’s 10 minutes. i’ve cleared cache, reset my xbox, etc multiple times and nothings changed. really hope this can be fixed soon!
