I ran the update for Xbox today 6/18/25 and every time my sim leaves the lot and returns the games crashes - no mods as it is Xbox - has occurred about 5 times today every time is after my sim visits...

How aware are the sims team with this issue? Ive been reporting the issues with attached screenshots and recordings and writing the problems for several months now and ive not seen or heard of any answers. I can understand issues happen but several months is very frustrating without answers. This is my favourite game so im just a bit disheartened
It seems there was a June issue that never got fixed and now a new one in September that is currently not being addressed.
Ther aware but remember the timeframe of when the issue apeard: Around christlad holydays. Im sure tger working to fix this ASApand tger announced as much today that itas a top priority. It iccures on my end wgen leavi g or savibg.basicly savibg once is fine but the second save in that file crashes the game so my tipis to not save befor traveling and a fter traveling clisibg abd reopening the gane then play dowhat you need return home then repeat and co tinue pkaying as a work aroumd. On consolthat should be fast
This issue has been happening for the players in this thread for up to 6 months. Please don’t use the Xmas holidays as an excuse for them to not look into an issue that’s affecting so many players. They’ve had plenty of time to fix this.
I'm directly reporting it from the PS5, with screen shots. It's every save file I have that's doing it no matter what I'm doing in the game
