[XB/PS] Console crashing after update 2.13

I play on PS4 and since the latest June update aside from crashing when starting the game, the game is full of codes where texts should be and text bubbles are just empty. Text bubbles, thought bubbles, any bubble is EMPTY. The main menu? It says WWW instead of resume game or new game. WWW instead of load game. Same thing for gallery etc. Restarting it as well as the console itself use to work. Since last year I have been having the issue with every new update there is a new problem. This game is a mess and yet expansion packs, kits and everything else to slap a price tag on are still being released. And the game is over 10 years old. I don't get it.
