[XB/PS] Console crashing after update 2.13

I ran the update for Xbox today 6/18/25 and every time my sim leaves the lot and returns the games crashes - no mods as it is Xbox - has occurred about 5 times today every time is after my sim visits...

My game had crashed at least once a day since last update twice just in an hour today. My settings in options are also not saving since the update, I have to change them everytime I start the game. I play on a ps4 so no mods
