[XB/PS] Console crashing after update 2.13

I'm a console player ps4 sims player and I have found since the last update along with the bin sink fridge and pregnancy problems I am unable to play at all due to the fact I cannot play because when I save it crashes and cannot exit the menu then crashes and won't save at all not even load at all so due to that I cannot play without loosing everything and anything I do is there going to be an update today with the expansion pack release to fix this because I know other console players have complained of the exact same thing! But I haven't seen it officially addressed to be fixed??
