My game auto saves while on the world map. If I'm playing and try to save, it crashes. Started yesterday after all the updates.
It takes an extremely long time to load the game now too, because I have 100 of them to load. lol
First I load the game with internet on, then when it gets to the bar, I have to turn the internet off. Once it gets to the title page, then I turn the internet back on and wait for it to ask for a restart. Then I cross my fingers and wait to see if it crashes after restarting. If not then I can actually play but not save. Oh, and after I exit to game I have to enter 'Manage The Sims 4' and delete the reserve file. Turn off the Xbox One, and unplug it for at least 30 seconds to fully clear the cache. If I don't, the game repeatedly crashes when I try to start it.
For now I'm just going to continue altering neighborhoods since the auto save for that is working.
Anyone else on an Xbox One have to go through all this, and load it twice to get it to work at all?
I'm seeing a lot of save problem reports for the Playstation, but couldn't find any recent ones for the Xbox One. I hope this gets resolved.

Update: Auto saves now read like it's working, but isn't actually saving since the Nature update.
