I ran the update for Xbox today 6/18/25 and every time my sim leaves the lot and returns the games crashes - no mods as it is Xbox - has occurred about 5 times today every time is after my sim visits...

Hi, can we please get a better saving system please. I always save frequently but since the new update almost every time I save the game crashes, its really not making me wanna play as im loosing loads of progress. Im on ps5, and tips to get this problem to go away would be appreciated. Thanks in advance
It deleted my entire save. Two years worth of game progression GONE,

And they’re not even addressing the issue. Spend over $2k on this game and all the expansion packs for me and my kid to play and this is the treatment we get? Wild. Diabolical. My daughter tried again last night. Error code 34, whole file gone today. She remodeled her home, played the game, had twins and then went to save it and gone today. It’s completely unplayable.
