I ran the update for Xbox today 6/18/25 and every time my sim leaves the lot and returns the games crashes - no mods as it is Xbox - has occurred about 5 times today every time is after my sim visits...

I'm playing on ps5 and every time I want to save, the game crashes and I lose all my progress. I can't enjoy the new expansion or anything else. I'm tired and disgusted with the whole thing. I've already made all the recommendations (reinstall etc). Nothing works. I'm desperate here. Impossible to play on PS5 at the moment. I don't know what the sims team has been doing for so long... If anyone plays on console and has any tips on how to get around this, please let me know... It turns off the desire to play or buy future packs.
