[XB/PS] Console crashing after update 2.13

I ran the update for Xbox today 6/18/25 and every time my sim leaves the lot and returns the games crashes - no mods as it is Xbox - has occurred about 5 times today every time is after my sim visits...

Hi I’m a Xbox user and I have most of the dlcs not including the new one. Recently I was traveling in game and my game crashed and when I reloaded the game it gives me a tutorial and all of my builds households are gone and my data is erased.
