I ran the update for Xbox today 6/18/25 and every time my sim leaves the lot and returns the games crashes - no mods as it is Xbox - has occurred about 5 times today every time is after my sim visits...

This issue started with patch 2.13 and temporarly got fixed in patch 2.14. Then after enchanted by nature hit with update 2.15 the game got unplayable again. Was so excited about enchanted by nature and i cant even play it which kinda feels like a scam. Everytime i try to save my game it crashes with error code CE-108255-1. The game frequently freezes and no sim command goes through also causes same crash and error code. I talked to Sony support and they say its a issue at your end with corrupted data. My game is unplayable and has been for alot of weeks. Could you please look into fixing this. I payed alot to play this game and latent expansion which i havent even been able to try after over a week since release.
