I ran the update for Xbox today 6/18/25 and every time my sim leaves the lot and returns the games crashes - no mods as it is Xbox - has occurred about 5 times today every time is after my sim visits...

I'm been playing the sims4 on PS5 for 2years since 2024.
The game crash constantly every time every day when I'm playing. It's truly drive me insane .
Its crash suddenly always and go to the REPORT page . But it's never solve the crashing issue even I always choose the report option .
Please SOLVE this issue asap. I purchased more than 50% of additional packs from the sims4 , I don't wish to stopped playing this game .
