I ran the update for Xbox today 6/18/25 and every time my sim leaves the lot and returns the games crashes - no mods as it is Xbox - has occurred about 5 times today every time is after my sim visits...

This doesn't only happen on Xbox or PS5, it's also happening on PC, the game after about 40 minutes, sometimes a little more or less, it closes suddenly, leaving an error log. It doesn't matter if it's a new game or not. But after the release of the Enchanted By Nature expansion, this problem is happening very frequently, even several YouTubers are experiencing this.
