I ran the update for Xbox today 6/18/25 and every time my sim leaves the lot and returns the games crashes - no mods as it is Xbox - has occurred about 5 times today every time is after my sim visits...

I've been a loyal player for years. Bought over a $1000 worth of packs and you guys broke the game for xbox players. July 27th. Not fair. We're the ones who pay full price most of the time for this content and We're the last on your list of fixes. My game crashes. Sometimes never loads and the gallery is non existing now. Why??
I was having trouble with my game loading. Now I'm having trouble with it crashing. I've been having these problem since fairies pack.
