I ran the update for Xbox today 6/18/25 and every time my sim leaves the lot and returns the games crashes - no mods as it is Xbox - has occurred about 5 times today every time is after my sim visits...

Mines been having the same problem for about a week. I even tried troubleshooting and it didn’t work. I even tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and it didn’t work either. It won’t let me do the even it access gallery or go online at all. Have you found a way to fix it on your console? I’ve been playing this game since I was 10 when it came out and it’s been a real bummer it’s suddenly broken and borderline unplayable :/
not to mention I have every expansion pack and game pack and most of the stuff pack and a handful of kits that I’ve saved up and gotten over the years!
No unfortunately no solution yet. I'm going to try and load it up today and see what happens.
This sucks. Its like ea doesn't care about console players.
