I ran the update for Xbox today 6/18/25 and every time my sim leaves the lot and returns the games crashes - no mods as it is Xbox - has occurred about 5 times today every time is after my sim visits...

So I just updated my game… and now I can’t play it takes me from the Home Screen into the town of the game I’m playing then when I try to play as the family I have saved it will not load had the loading screen on for over 40 mins tried restarting tried recovering and earlier save it will not load! Someone please help I was playing find before the update 😭😭😭
Did you try the 'resume game' option to go directly into the family?
