I ran the update for Xbox today 6/18/25 and every time my sim leaves the lot and returns the games crashes - no mods as it is Xbox - has occurred about 5 times today every time is after my sim visits...
Ideas
Everytime i try to name a sim or pet in cas the game crashes, I can’t save the household, edit anything or continue into the game further. If I pause the game when this happens then I can’t unpause the game. There’s also no way to exit back to the main menu as none of the buttons work so I have to just close the game and reopen it. It happens every single time. The same thing happens whether I’m on an existing save or starting a new one, so it’s impossible to start a new game.
i play on ps4 so I don’t have any mods or cc and the game and console are fully up to date. Nothing I’ve tried fixes this
