[XB/PS] Console crashing after update 2.13

I ran the update for Xbox today 6/18/25 and every time my sim leaves the lot and returns the games crashes - no mods as it is Xbox - has occurred about 5 times today every time is after my sim visits...

For about two months my game has crashing a lot. It just freezes and twice right after I've been playing the Sims 4 on ps4, I've cut my system off for the night and when I turn it back on it says system corrupted. I have had to completely wipe my system twice to even get it to work. Today I had to do it again.
