I ran the update for Xbox today 6/18/25 and every time my sim leaves the lot and returns the games crashes - no mods as it is Xbox - has occurred about 5 times today every time is after my sim visits...

the game freezes when i play for a few minutes and it doesnt unfreze so i cant really play the game it also crashes when trying to load in sometimes aswell i am sick of this it has went on for months i have done everything from uninstalling to clearing cache to removing all mods and playing offline nothing has worked. i have tried to contact before but it is really hard to speak to someone
