[XB/PS] Console crashing after update 2.13

I've spend so much money on a game that should refund us. now a new problem arises  first of all  I'm on console so i know it isn't mod related. Im on ps5, which i upgraded from ps4 thinking it was the console. Nope.

I cannot save the game because it crashes. I can't stop time because it won't go in ultra speed. I'll click it b and it resets back to regular speed. The only way it works is with the controller. I never had this problem until the last update before Fairies was released. Seriously... CAN SOMEBODY help me or FIX this bug? I've tried everything from deleting, restoring licences, safe mode . deleted the whole game, switched to households and now when in build mode, i click on what i want to buy and it disappears the minute i try to place it. I'm when having issues saving and the game crashing. I have to travel for Auto save to kick in, even traveling the game crashes. When saving the game it crashes. Ive Even spoke to Sony and they they been having a lot of complaints about Sims 4 and it is frustrating on their end because there's nothing they can do after telling me they step to do. I've tried reaching out to the team and they just seem to ignore me. I guess it truly is about money and not about the community that has made you earn billions.
