I ran the update for Xbox today 6/18/25 and every time my sim leaves the lot and returns the games crashes - no mods as it is Xbox - has occurred about 5 times today every time is after my sim visits...

Since the late July update, The Sims 4 has been completely unplayable. Each time I select a household, the game attempts to load but returns me to the world selection screen with no error code. This happens across all of my saves, including ones created before the update.
I have paid for every expansion and game pack, and it is unacceptable that the game cannot be played at all. As a loyal customer who has invested heavily in this franchise, I expect this issue to be acknowledged and resolved promptly.
This game is meant to be a creative outlet, but right now it is a broken product. If this problem cannot be fixed in a timely manner, I will move on to alternatives such as Inzoi.
Please provide a clear update on when a solution will be implemented.
Doing the same for me, except it does give me an error message. The message just says that it’s having trouble loading, and then I’m back to the residential worlds
