I ran the update for Xbox today 6/18/25 and every time my sim leaves the lot and returns the games crashes - no mods as it is Xbox - has occurred about 5 times today every time is after my sim visits...

About 50% of the time when I save my game, it crashes. I'm on PS5. I recently got Businesses and Hobbies on sale, I only noticed these crashes after that. Sometimes it crashes when I change lots, not as often as saving. I find that not overwriting an older save reduces the change of a crash and also making an entirely new save game file instead of overwriting also reduces the risk. I have to save literally every 10 minutes or less to minimize progress loss. I hold my breath everytime I save because I know there's a high chance I will hear the dreaded beep.
I've already rebuilt my database, cleared cache and reinstalled the game and EPs several times. I'm not doing it anymore because it won't help. I've also tried installing it on both console storage and my ssd neither one made a difference.
