I ran the update for Xbox today 6/18/25 and every time my sim leaves the lot and returns the games crashes - no mods as it is Xbox - has occurred about 5 times today every time is after my sim visits...
Ideas
So I play sims4 on my ps4, and since the november 2025 update, often when I go to the game menu and click save, it doesn't save and I can't close the game menu.
I have to restart te whole game for it to work properly again
Anyone else having this issue?

Are you seeing a specific error code or error message when you try to save?
No, I don't get an error code. Just when I click 'save', the save screen just closes down and I get stuck on the menu, and whatever I try, I can't close the game menu
This is also happening to me as well. I’ll play for a few hours, go to save and the whole game freezes and I cannot save my game or exit the menu. Absolutely infuriating
