[XB/PS] Console crashing after update 2.13

I ran the update for Xbox today 6/18/25 and every time my sim leaves the lot and returns the games crashes - no mods as it is Xbox - has occurred about 5 times today every time is after my sim visits...

I am playing on PlayStation.
I just spent hours making a new family just for the game to freeze and refuse to save to the library right when I press the check to play the household. AGAIN.
Every time I have tried to save ANYTHING since the new update, the game crashes and corrupts everything I’ve ever created in sims.
THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!
A whole new save game and I still cannot play. Nothing saves to the library. It causes the whole game to crash and corrupts every save I have then deletes the entire gallery.
At this point, we deserve refunds for how long we have gone without being able to play a game we’ve spent HUNDREDS on.

FIX THE GAME OR START REIMBURSEMENT!!!
