I ran the update for Xbox today 6/18/25 and every time my sim leaves the lot and returns the games crashes - no mods as it is Xbox - has occurred about 5 times today every time is after my sim visits...

Today I received an in-game pop up saying that I was running out of space in my gallery as I was trying to download a build. Okay cool, I deleted a few items within my gallery that were either taking up space or were no longer needed. I attempt to redownload it again, I get an error message. Okay, whatever right? I’ll just save my game, come back, and try again. Once I try to exit, the game takes forever to do so and somehow crashes while in the process of exiting?? Okay cool, whatever right? I’ll just send a report to PlayStation and all will be okay. I re-enter the game, and I get a notification on my PS5 saying that I have a corrupted file. “That’s a bit weird,” I think, but I just assume it’s nothing too crazy. I enter my save, download my build successfully, but oh—wait! Guess what?! EVERYTHING I’VE EVER SAVED IN THE PAST 7 YEARS I’VE HAD THIS GAME IS GONE! COMPLETELY GONE! FOREVER!!!! OOOOO WOWWWW YIPPEEEE! The only things I see in my gallery are Maxis builds. Great, I love it. I just love this game so much. Is there anything I can do to get it back? If not, then I’ll delete the game for good. Because this is freaking ridiculous. EA count your days.
