I ran the update for Xbox today 6/18/25 and every time my sim leaves the lot and returns the games crashes - no mods as it is Xbox - has occurred about 5 times today every time is after my sim visits...

It’s now been almost 6 months since I’ve been able to play this game without it crashing while saving. I will be raising a formal complaint under Australian Consumer Law and I encourage others to do the same in their region. I am sick to death of being ignored.
Under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010), consumers are entitled to products that are of acceptable quality and fit for their intended purpose. Digital goods are covered under the same guarantees.
