Since the last update, my game has been crashing constantly. I mean 2 minutes into it, longest I've been able to play without a crash is 25 minutes. Its driving me nuts!! Anyone else experiencing this??

CaitlinJane3 Hi! I'm sorry your game is crashing like that. I'm not experiencing this issue myself, so I did a bit of research. It seems this has happened for others after previous updates. My first suggestion is to make sure your system software is fully updated. Then, do a power cycle (see steps below) to clear out the cache. If you're still having a problem, check out the Console Troubleshooting guide at this link for more tips.

Crashing issues seem to be primarily related to system memory and how much stuff is being used in the game; bloated NPC count, lots of packs used and lots of stuff in inventories and/or on lots. I know it's frustrating to not be able to have whatever you want in the game but, unfortunately, console does have its limitations. How to peform a power cycle:
1. Exit the game (save any progress and exit using the in-game menu).
2. Use the menus to power down the system (not rest mode and not the power button).
3. Wait for the light on the console to stop flashing.
4. Unplug the power cable.
5. Wait for a minute or two to ensure all residual power is gone.
6. Reconnect the power cable.
7. Turn the system on again.
8. Launch The Sims 4 and check if the issue is resolved. Please come back and update if any of this worked or not.
