I ran the update for Xbox today 6/18/25 and every time my sim leaves the lot and returns the games crashes - no mods as it is Xbox - has occurred about 5 times today every time is after my sim visits...

Almost every single time I play my game it crashes, I play on PS5. It seems to happen the most while I’m in the middle of saving as well which is frustrating. It’s getting to the point I don’t ever want to play anymore & I especially am rethinking buying any new packs considering I don’t want to spend my money on a broken game I can’t even play. I’ve been playing this game for 10+ years & it’s really gone downhill in the recent years. I appreciate all of the actual employees who put in their time & effort into reading these & the ones who fix the bugs, I understand y’all can only do so much under EA. It’s upsetting because it seems this company is making it apparent they don’t give a **bleep** about us as players & only see us as walking dollar signs. To EA, super disappointed, do better like seriously. I really hoping the new change of ownership is for the better & these things will get fixed otherwise be prepared to lose a lot of money since you want to keep pumping out broken games yet neglecting the already existing bugs I’m sure your employees are brining to your attention yet you continue to ignore. To whoever’s job it is to read this I’m sorry this sounds rude, I have nothing against you, I hope you’re getting paid enough to do this. I’m sorry if this job effects your mental health at all because of messages like this, I appreciate all your hard work & hope you have a good day or night.
