Hi, I play on an Xbox One S
My game has always taken quite a long time to start however recently once I get into the game, I can no longer save it and it doesn’t auto save due to it crashing.
I’ve been a long time gamer and I’ve played the Sims for over 15 years. So this issue is obviously very heartbreaking because I want to continue to play the Sims.
I have tried a hard resetting my console (holding down the off button for 10 seconds and unplugging for 5 minutes), I’ve also tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling and I’ve also deleted a large number of items off of my gallery to ensure that I have enough space.
I have about 50% of storage left on my console, the game loads up fine nothing happens until I save and then the game crashes during the save.
At this point the game is unplayable because I can’t save any of my progress. This is only has just started occurring recently and I’m not sure what else I can do whether it’s a bug in the game or it’s user error. I just like some help to see what I can do so I can go back to enjoying the game that I love.
Something else important to note is that I can’t save anything new to the gallery. I’ve never had this issue before and quite frankly I haven’t had a lot of issues besides my game taking a long time to load but that’s how it has always been. I’d love to know if there’s anything that can be done, thank you.

I am on PS5 Pro and I am having the same issues. The game loads fine but crashes when I try to save or return to manage worlds. I get about 10-20 minutes of gameplay before it freezes or crashes when I try to save. It has made the game unplayable 😢
