I ran the update for Xbox today 6/18/25 and every time my sim leaves the lot and returns the games crashes - no mods as it is Xbox - has occurred about 5 times today every time is after my sim visits...

i just started having this issue after the arrival of the new royalty expansion pack. although i have not installed or purchased the pack, any time since its release i have gotten on and have an issue with my game freezing and resetting the app with no save. i maybe get 10-15 mins of play time before it glitches. i have already reset the xbox, unplugged everything, etc.
Mine will not go past the load screen. It happened after the February 19th hot fix. I don't own the legacy pack either and I play on console so no mods! I can't even get to the game! It's been like this for 2 days!
