Ideas
Adding an update, and I still think the ads are the issue for me, or at least a major contributing factor. I still couldn't access my game at all, and as I'd posted before I tried everything I could think of previously short of my last ditch effort of deleting the game, and I hadn't had the time to do anything further until today. Today I completely deleted my game, did a system reset of my console, and re-downloaded everything again. As soon as I loaded into the game, instant crash. I took pictures of what it looks like (attached) for reference. The full page ads load in completely black, like they're overloading the system, which makes sense because it's a lot for the game to process especially because there are like five in a row! Ever since we've gotten the new ads I've noticed my console struggling to load both them and the game simultaneously but this is the first time I've experienced this specific issue. So next order of business, I once again set my system to be offline, tried loading into the game and the game loads in fine to the main page. I then loaded into a new save and have been in cas for about an hour without any issues. I'm not sure if my testing has been helpful at all or not, I'm only grateful I'm able to access the game again. If I start experiencing crashes again, I'll post a new update. It sucks to have to use my game offline, and I'm not touching any of my current saves until this issue is resolved, but at least I have a workaround for now and hopefully this is helpful to someone who might be experiencing the same issue.
