I ran the update for Xbox today 6/18/25 and every time my sim leaves the lot and returns the games crashes - no mods as it is Xbox - has occurred about 5 times today every time is after my sim visits...

I've tried about four or five times now to simply open my game, but as soon as the game loads the full-page pop-up ads make it crash. I honestly don't know what to do about this, and I'm extremely frustrated that the ads are now affecting my ability to even play the game. I play on PS5 and have never had this issue with my game before. Doesn't it completely defeat the purpose of the ads if you can't even access the game they're trying to advertise for to begin with because of them? It's ridiculous.
PLEASE EA, your Ads make the game crash when starting if you have mods, and this game without mods is unplayable. So just stop the **bleep** ads. I've had this problem forever. Normally, I open once without mods, wait for the ads, close and open again with mods, but now the ads appear every damm time, wtf? Why? Put the ads in the EA app, the game is already heavy enough.
