[XB/PS] Console crashing after update 2.13

Any time I try to open the game it gets to the loading screen and crashes. I got past the loading screen once last night and it unlinked my EA account and once I relinked it everything was completely gone. All my save files, everything in the library, everything. Not to mention I had to click through every single add-on pop up every time I’d open the game before the game started crashing and just not running at all. Im sitting here as I’m typing just watching it get to the loading screen before freezing not even 25% of the way though and then just closing the game. I’ve never had any technical issues with any of my other games on Xbox, its just this one :(

I tried clearing the cache, I tried restarting my xbox and hard resetting it. I turned my wifi off and back on again. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled all of it twice now. Nothing fixes it. It’s the only game on my console that isn’t working so I’m certain it isn’t a hardware issue on my end.

hopefully EA fixes this ASAP because this is literally game breaking. I just wanna be able to enjoy a game I have loved since childhood without it lagging horribly or just completely bugging out.
