[XB/PS] Console crashing after update 2.13

As a console user(ps5) this has been happening long before the second latest update.. the update from April totally made it worst to the point where it is unplayable…now I admit I do have over 90% of the packs as a whole but even saving on new save files has caused my game to crash after literally 15 to 30 min of playing. Reason I know this is because I thought if I would save more often I can beat the crash but after the recent updates.. it crashes just about each time I save.. so I can’t even get pass two days on the actual game with my sims because it crashes either when I save it, try to travel with my sim to another location or in CAS.. I’m not sure why it isn’t being fixed but EA please consider that most of us have invested close to/ if not a thousand or more dollars on this game.. it’s one thing to have bugs but to have a game where majority of the users have to invest so much into the game to even enjoy it for what it has to offer, the least we can do is have it playable
