I ran the update for Xbox today 6/18/25 and every time my sim leaves the lot and returns the games crashes - no mods as it is Xbox - has occurred about 5 times today every time is after my sim visits...

Since the recent update I’m quite literally unable to play the game. What use to take a few seconds to launch the game it’s now taking a few minutes & once it does load me into the main menu, the game completely crashes. I can’t put into words how frustrating that is. Aside from that, when I was able to play… the gallery freezes after I select a lot/household/tattoo & I have to restart the whole game losing all progress. This goes for CAS as well, I created a couple & right at the end the game froze while scrolling through tops. Infants are buggy too. Please fix the game! :(

This has been happening to me for about 8 months - I havent been able to play online that entire time!!! Once i go offline it will load immediately. But won't if i am online. So i miss out on events etc :(
No way!!! 8 months??? That is literally insane. Console players just aren’t a top priority, sadly & we spend the most money. Have you reported your issue here or in their discord I’ve heard they had?
