[XB/PS] Console crashing after update 2.13

My game was fixed by uninstalling the For Rent Pack.

PS5 game has crashed 2 times in the last 10 minutes. I’ve spent well over $1000 on DLC  and it’s completely unplayable now. I think EA should have to reimburse all players who decide to delete this game because you continuously “put out fixes”  but it just leads to more problems  and it’s disgusting 

Mine is gone too💔 where there is an auto save it have a light blue square  and my family are not there or the name . I have used this generation for years ! I’m so angry 

The last two updates for the PS5, which should fix the problems from the update before, have now finally scrapped my game completely. Although the problem of the popping up pack windows has been solved, but my game has now become completely unplayable. Either the game can't be started at all or if you somehow make it in, it crashes after a short time or at least when I try to save. My patience is really at an end! For months only problems with a game in which you have now invested more than 1000 €!!!

I’m playing on a brand new save and with this update the game is completely unplayable. I own all packs/kits/expansions except Star Wars and with this update the game is completely unplayable, it crashes literally every 5 minutes 

May game started crashing on load screen about a week ago. I was really hoping yesterday's update would possibly fix the problem. We'll to add insult to injury, it still crashed, then I tried the all the so called trouble shooting and when my game finally loaded, 10 years worth of work and game play were just gone! It's like I have never played the game. But my Xbox is showing that my saves are there. It's like it refuses to sync my cloud saves even though it says it's syncing. I am beyond p?she'd off. What do I do???!!!

Help I keep getting this error ce-34878-0 while playing the sims 4 on ps4 and every thing I do to fix it hasn’t 

EA_Solaire​ Any update on this? Can we expect a patch in June or sooner hopefully? I would really like to play my game without having to worry about it crashing when I try to save or leave the lot.

Hi, after the new update date I have experienced more game crashes than ever. When trying to access the manage worlds or CAS my game immediately crashes and that is very disappointing because I was looking forward to trying out the new features in CAS. My game also crashes sometimes after spending hours loading in which is another issue I face when playing the sims then as soon as the home menu to the sims loads in it crashes. There is also a problem with the new expansion packs that I just purchased Life and Death and Adventure Awaits both of the worlds were showing up twice in the manage worlds before the new update. Please fix this as soon as possible. Thanks.
