[XB/PS] Console crashing

Game crashes while trying to save or travel, or when there is a loading screen. The most prominent problem is the inability to save. I also have several bugs while trying to complete goaled tasks (going to highschool or on dates) where completed tasks will not check off. I have experienced freezing in build/buy mode and couldn't save as well. I've previously reported this bug and it was fixed in an update. However, I received "a gift" (added content from EA) within a week or so and the bugs came back. I now receive a different error code when it crashes: error CE-108255-1. I have made sure my console and all files are updated. I have un-installed and re-installed the game and all packs/content.  I play on ps5, so no mods. I have all expansions and game packs, all extras except for a few kits. I've also reported crashes in-game with video footage.
