Everytime i open my household inventory after uve been building for a bit it completely crashes my game.

For this particular error, these steps should help clear this up for you.
If you're still getting this error code after trying those steps, you'll want to get in contact with PlayStation support directly so they can look into this further and potentially send your console in for repairs.
It's not a console issue. I've tried a different console that doesn't have any saved data of sims of any kind and not even the same log in user. It still gave me the issue code..
It's not your playstation its the game.
Over 50 accounts including mine that I've seen on here are all having this same issue and getting the same error code.
