[XB/PS] Console crashing

Posting as also having this issue it’s really annoying. Will load the game and it’s fine for 5 mins then crashes! Pls fix it 

I’ve been having this issue for a week now. It starts to load to the home sims screen and then just crashes. Deleted the game and redownloaded 3 times and it still happens. Is there any way to fix this? 

I noticed this bug last night when I was playing before my game crashed on the sims. When I was using the water styles for the pool I tried using it but then my game started lagging before eventually crashing. I tried again so it didn’t seem to be just a one off thing and I’ve tried with other water styles as well.

I keep getting CE-34878-0 every time I load up sims. I've restarted, Uninstalled, rebuild database. I've also tried a different console. Nothing has worked. I've tried everything to get it to work. I deleted all saved data (saved it to the cloud) still nothing! Please help or advise. Anyone else having this issue... using ps4 console

I'm getting the crash on save issue, but not consistently and there doesn't seem to be any particular trigger. It only crashes when I try to save after some hours of play. I don't travel with my sims so I don't know if that also causes crashes.

Edit: It just happened again, the error is CE-108255-1. I had played for a few hours and hadn't even saved once yet, and when I went to save for the first time, it crashed. This is making the game unplayable.

For this particular error, these steps should help clear this up for you.

If you're still getting this error code after trying those steps, you'll want to get in contact with PlayStation support directly so they can look into this further and potentially send your console in for repairs. 

I keep getting the error message also. I’ve downloaded the game from the PS Store and I have the disc too. And both of them are saying the same thing. I restarted and powered off my console and still the same results. If I could get response or a bit of help with the issue, it would be greatly appreciated.

1 week after my last bug report and now the game is unplayable. I get crashes in 90 % of the cases i try to save my game. I have sent in every single bug report through the ps 5 crash report system. I no longer feel like a valuable customer if you are making everything i payed huge money for suddenly unplayable. 

Mine is still not working unfortunately I've tired a whole different console with no saves if any kind of sims and it still gave me that error code . Why would I send in my ps4 for service when it's clearly a game issue? 

It's not a console issue. I've tried a different console that doesn't have any saved data of sims of any kind and not even the same log in user. It still gave me the issue code..
