Replay editor not exporting to console (ps5)
I and several others have seemingly encounted a bug where the replay editor is no longer exporting to the device as it says it does, ive had to manually record over clips to have saved to my system. This was working fine till the week before the update rolled out and now its not working at all. Please can this be addressed as I filled a big report out about this alreadyGame won't launch on PS5.
Open's the splash page, can press Play Game and second splash page with Skate title appears. Then goes to black when trying to load the game. Won't even load into the main start screen. I've tried everything from reinstalling, rebuilding the database, clearing cache, and factory reset. Still won't load into the game. Please help!!546Views2likes4CommentsMoved in Sims disappearing
I've had this issue for two days now. I am playing on my PC, and my game successfully downloaded to the newest version. I was in the gallery of the game, and found a family that I wanted to move into the game to play. The family had no mods/cc, and the version I have is from the packs I own. In CAS everything works, and the family loads properly in there. It is after the CAS that the issue pops up. After accepting the family, I tried moving them in, and the first time the screen wouldn't stop loading. I relaunched the game, and the family I moved in had defaulted to one of the NPC families. I tried loading the file and move them in that way but the game knocked me back to the world screen, and the family vanished. Shut down the game, and deleted the save file, and tried again. The family vanished, and brought me back to the worlds screen. I went back to the main screen, and the family showed up, but when I tried to load them, they weren't anywhere. Tried to move them into an older save file, and they vanished again.Day 3 with a black screen…
I have done every problem solving idea from moving locations of my PlayStation, deleting the game, restarting, leaving alone for a day, opening from my app, opening it through the game store, opening on download, checking for updates and more. still just blackness. No sound. Just blackController inputs mixed up
I have an 8BitDo Ultimate 2C wired controller which I have been using to play Skate. with since insider. The latest update for season 2 has completely mixed up my controller inputs (L1 is now A, L2 is B, etc.) and even assigned pushing and slowing to the L4 and R4 buttons, which I have never used in skate. The game also doesn't recognize the Y axis on my right stick, meaning I am unable to do tricks at all. None of my hardware has changed and the controller is fully functional in other games. It could be a good idea to add a menu for custom key rebinding & controller mapping to prevent this from being an issue in future.Upgrade Parts Recommendations
I'm looking to upgrade parts in my Ibuypower (model#: tracemeshI7n3601) pre-built PC purchased in 2021, but I don't know where to start. I don't want to buy a whole new PC; I'd rather gradually replace parts, maybe one or two at a time. If you have any suggestions on what I should upgrade first, that would be great. I'm hoping to avoid replacing the motherboard; I'll get there eventually, but right now, I aim for upgrading one to three parts at a time. I can currently run mods like **bleep**, Sacrificial Basement, RPO, Little Miss Sam, and other big modders. I also have all the packs and kits, but adding CC causes lag and makes my game load very slowly. I want to do all that plus CC if possible, so any recommendations on parts would be appreciated! I included some images in case they help.Borderless Windowed mode not using display resolution
When I first installed the game, I was not seeing this issue, it only began to occur after I changed some graphics settings. I'm not sure which ones, since I changed pretty much all of them, and can no longer stop the issue from occurring. When the game first launches, it seems to be using the correct resolution, my display resolution of 2560x1600 (seen in attachment 1). Then after hitting start game, in the middle of the loading screen that says "configuring...", the game switches to a much lower resolution, with a different, incorrect aspect ratio (attachment 2). At this point, if you hit alt-enter twice to switch to windowed mode, then back to borderless windowed mode, the resolution corrects itself back to the display resolution. Once the game loads in, (past the survey screen) it again reverts to this incorrect resolution (attachment 3). After this, by hitting alt-enter twice, or by changing the display mode in the settings from borderless windowed to something else and then back, the resolution restores to the correct display resolution (attachment 4), and remains this way for the rest of gameplay, until returning to the title screen, either by quitting or being disconnected, where the same behavior described is repeated. Closing the game and restarting it after "fixing" the resolution doesn't seem to make a difference, it just keeps reverting to this incorrect resolution. It doesn't seem to be using the resolution of the windowed mode window, as the aspect ratio when switching to windowed mode is different than this incorrect resolution. I'm using a windows 11 laptop with a with an Nvidia RTX 5070 Ti GPU. This is on the version of the game downloaded through the EA app.442Views5likes3Comments
