Cannot get into us east servers, can't get into friends lobbies
about two days ago me and my fiancé started having issues with the us east servers. it would tell us the servers were down and it couldn't connect and to check out internet. our internet has been fine and every other game worked. we restarted our whole ps5s and nothing helped. we couldn't get into the game. we switched to us central to see if that helped and we could get into the game but couldn't get into the same lobby. if we managed to, it would load one of us into the game and leave the other in the lobby. the game has been literally unplayable for the last 48hrs and i haven't heard A PEEP from the devs... getting really frustrated because i didn't even get to finish out my ranked ladder before this happened.Issue when trying to login to FC Ultimate Team Web App and the FC Companion App
I've been trying to log in to the FC Ultimate Team Web App and the FC Companion App since yesterday, but I keep receiving the following message: "Login Unavailable We're currently having trouble with login services. While we work on it, you can try to log in from your Console or PC to get the full Football Ultimate Team experience." I just started playing yesterday through Game Pass, using cloud gaming to play FC 25. I don’t know if that might be affecting access, but I haven’t played much Ultimate Team yet. Hi EA Team, My account was recently permanently banned for cheating, but I’ve never cheated, and this was my first and only offense in over 6 years of using EA services. I appealed this ban three times, and each response was a copy and paste “decision is final” message, with no explanation, no evidence, and no chance to respond. I believe this decision may have been made in error, possibly due to unauthorized access to my account around the time of the violation. This was a long-standing, active account with real purchases and regular use. I wasn’t given a warning or even a temporary suspension. A permanent ban on a first offense is unfair, especially without showing me what rule I supposedly broke. I’m posting here because EA’s support channels have shut me out. I am asking for the ban to be lifted immediately. I’m more than willing to prove my identity, account ownership, and past purchase history. Ive been trying to get on with a friend for a couple hours now, and all it says is "connecting to online services". Ive tried to restart my console, switch dns and reset and open, reset my router, disconect from wifi, and reset my console, and just sit there and keep trying, even tried to restore my license. All it says is "Unable to load persistence data". I've deleted the game, and I'm now re-downloading it. If there's anything I can do to fix this issue, it'd be very appreciated.Verification code not sending
Hello, I am writing this post because I still have not received the verification code for my main account in my email inbox. I had to create a new account with a different email address to be able to write this post, as my main account (LucidORG) is completely inaccessible because the verification email is not arriving in my inbox. I have checked my spam folder, blocked emails, etc., but there is nothing there. I have requested the code, but the email simply does not arrive, and I cannot use the Authentication App because it is on my old phone, which I no longer have. I have also tried to contact support, but I have not received any response from them. Could someone please help me? I would really like to be able to access my LucidORG account again.
