Level and statistics disappeared

I use the Steam client and one day when I went into the game, my level disappeared (about 90-130) and all the statistics for all seasons. I thought it was a bug that should be fixed quickly, but no, half a year has passed, but my level still remained 5. I accepted this and started playing but it turns out that now I can't get rewards for levels (Apex packs and Legend tokens) I understand everything but I don't want to spend hundreds of hours to get nothing. All skins and legends did not disappear
