Request for Manual Unlinking of Old PSN ID from EA Account

EA Support is bad.. ( can't open or edit case) Request for Manual Unlinking of Old PSN ID from EA Account

Hello EA Support Team,

I am contacting you because my EA account which holds all my Xbox Apex Legends progress is currently linked to an old PSN ID from 2019 that I no longer have access to. I have lost the login details for that PSN account and cannot recover it.

Because of this, I am unable to link my current PSN ID to my EA account to play Apex on my PS5. The system does not allow me to link it to a new PSN account myself due to the lifetime linking rules.

Please help me manually unlink the old PSN ID from my EA account so I can link my current PSN ID and continue playing Apex on my new PS5 while keeping all my Xbox progress intact.

I can provide any proof required to verify that I am the owner of the EA account and my current PSN ID.

Thank you very much for your assistance. I look forward to your response.

Hi there. You mention not being able to open a case. What is happening when you try to do this? Thanks!

"This issue isn't supported by advisors. It tells me to check help resources or visit EA Forums."

But my issue cannot be solved with help articles or the forums. I need a real support agent to assist me. I already HAVE a case open, and it's been 5 days with no reply. I also can't edit the case or open a new one — I just get the same message over and over. EA_Aljo

I have been getting locked out of getting support help for my EA account issue. I have tried all contact forms but the site just says "This issue isn't supported by advisors. It tells me to check help resources or visit EA Forums."

Can you please help forward this to the right support team that will actually help me? I can't edit or resume my active case, and I can't make a new one without hitting the same error. My case has been open for a week with no response, and all I get is the same message: "This issue isn't supported by advisors. It tells me to check help resources or visit EA Forums."

My issue cannot be solved with help articles or community forums. I need a real support agent to assist me, but your system seems to be blocking any way to contact one. It keeps telling me to try a different device or web browser — I’ve done that on multiple devices, browsers, and even networks at a different house. Nothing changes.

This is extremely frustrating. I believe this issue started when the support site was updated earlier this week (on Monday). Before that, everything was working fine. But now it’s just “Oops, let’s add fancy new colors and change how it looks so it *seems* like we care.”

Here's what you need to do.

    1. Go to https://help.ea.com/en/customer-care/
    2. Fill out each field and click on submit
    3. Scroll to the bottom and click on "Smail us" under "Contact an advisor"

That will get a case submitted.

When I go to the site and fill it out, it still does the same thing. Under "Contact an advisor" it shows "Email us," but I just get the same error every time...

"This issue isn't supported by advisors

Check out our help resources below or visit EA Forums to get help from the community."

    Bro... this is annoying af.

    Hey there!

Just wanted to say that I do not work for EA or for Respawn, and sadly, (as mentioned here), your EA Account can only be linked to one PlayStation Account in its lifetime, (which means that your current PlayStation Account cannot be linked to your EA Account).
