Badge didn't unlock even though it should have
THE ISSUE After a normal match, a badge should unlock, but it hasn't. EXAMPLES Got 20 kills but badge didn't unlock Won as jumpmaster but no badge Apex predator badge did not unlock etc KEEP IN MIND Most limited-time-modes make earning the badges easier, and therefore Respawn has disabled the ability to earn the badges during these modes. This thread is devoted to badges that should have been earned in normal matches. WHAT TO DO Lets together raise awareness for this bug. In a comment to this post, describe which badge you should have gotten. Post two screenshots in a comment to this thread: A screenshot of the end-of-round screen where you show that you have fulfilled the requirement of the badge (got 20 kills, 3000 damage, etc) A screenshot of the legend and the badge not having unlocked. Not receiving Apex Packs or tokens after new level cap
According to the new level cap, it says that level 2 after prestige (after hitting lvl 500 already) should give an apex pack, I reached lvl 2 and it showed me that I got an Apex pack, yet when I go to the lobby, I don't have the pack at all, I even tried going to the store and apex packs section and it's not there either, I thought maybe if I play another match It'll update but it didn't, this also happened with the battle pass legendary pack, however with the battle pass one, after I played a match it updated and showed me it's there and I opened it, but with the level 2 pack, it never showed up. Also, if anyone has the same problem, please help! ### Situation - When left-clicking in the main menu to go to the lobby, after transitioning to the loading screen, the error "Disconnected: Detected Data Mismatch" appears and returns to the main menu. ### Conditions - Logged in for the first time after a break of 1-2 years ### Tried - Reinstall the game - Re-login - Change launcher - Origin - EA App - Steam - Ask my friend to log in from the problematic PC with his account (he was able to log in from the PC) - Check internet connection - Review/disable firewall settings - Delete all temporary files under User/AppData/ - All EA folders - All Origin folders - All Steam folders - Disabling Cloud Sync - Steam - EA App(By blocking EALocalHostSvc.exe on firewall) - Regenerating config.cfg under Users/UserName/Saved Games/Respawn/ by deleting the directory Please let me know if there is anything else I can try. I payed money for this and I’m very annoyed and it reset all the way back to 1. I have to do training. All my badges reset and I’m annoyed had some cool ones like apex predator.
