Disgusted by EA's horrible lack of support
Last weekend I got glitched out in a game of EA FC 26, resulting in a penalty and lower rewards. I wanted to contact EA, but there just is no way possible. I managed to find something where I could report it, but there is nowhere whatsoever where I can receive an update on it, and no getting back to me. How bad is it, that we live in times where you can buy such expensive stuff, which when you need help for it, there is no one available to help you. EA disgusts me.Unable to submit appeals or make cases, using the self serve option
I'm trying to go through the process of going through the appeals, but my account is unable to do the self serve that is asked of me. Is there something with my account where I cannot submit cases or start an appeals? 10-12 showing that i have 2 accounts made, a Gmail and a Hotmail where the hotmail has no options. 10-18 showing that the appeals process (filling out the webform) just doesn't show the self-serve to email.
[The Sims 4] Crinrict and EA Forums need more help (suggestions)
Original Post, copy/pasted here based on Crinrict's suggestion. I would like to suggest adding The Sims 4 DLC/Event tag buttons to the bottom of all reports & forms. There are already existing tag buttons for PC/Xbox/PS, UI, Gameplay, Error Code, etc... so adding a separate section for The Sims 4 DLC/Event tags would remove a lot of the daily hassle for everyone. Saves fans from having to learn the new pack tags, saves Crinrict's fingers/brain from turning to mush 💚 Also, maybe consider developing a Python program to help with the workload on the Sims 4 Bug and Feedback Forums. There's an astronomical amount of work here for Crinrict to have to manually do voluntarily (without pay). Plus, "...statuses here aren't always up-to-date...", so they don't provide an accurate representation of the team's efforts to The Sims 4 community and fans. This is not good optics 💔 Forums need to be up-to-date and must be an accurate representation of the team's efforts. Maybe a Python program (or AI) could help the forums function more efficiently; help the team get caught up on bugs sooner, waste fewer resources, and volunteers/employees could focus on more important matters. The Sims 3 problem
So I'm having an issue with the sims 3 worlds or expansion packs, if you will. I can't seem to get my packs to load up into the game. When I start the game it just goes to show me that I don't have any packs installed, which is really weird since I've got them installed on my EA account. How can I fix this?Server Issue
Today, it said it was an server under maintenance. After some time I again started to fc mobile I had a 114 OVR as F2P as a guest it said you to play again it made me again start from the starting I littreally lost 114 ovr team my 5 months of hardwork if ra doesn't fix this problem I will give bad reviews and quit fc mobile.Excedrin is the Headache medicine. I can't be the Only one who knows this this, or like EA loud resounding line of; " It's in The Game", Right!?!?! Well this topic is for all of their board members, investors, marketers, affiliates, and Staff... Ultimate Golf needs to be both (hostile taken), purchased, and re-drawn as a brand, while being labeled as; Golf Clash 2 !! I'm just mystified that this isn't your company's game! If I never but wanted to play golf (on a cellphone) in real life... the full order has been filled 👌! Starting from scratch; I've played Golf Clash, when it was from scratch. I have spent several thousands to get the feel of being on the course(s)... However, I still play Golf Clash and spend. The feel, involvement, graphics, camera angles, quality, accuracy, and overall significance to my big golfing heart; is totally felt by Ultimate Golf. Please, purchase the entire company! Be EA sports, and re-label it; while keeping the staff of that entity entirely the same, because of the brilliance of the product they've put out there for the common public to enjoy 😉! Head to shoulders, Ultimate Golf is something that needs to be attached to your label 🏷. It's in the Game!!!!! Please take this seriously. I’ve been playing the FC series for years, after spending dozens of matches in FC 26, I feel the core gameplay has lost its balance.Right now, every game ends with 5 to 10 goals, regardless of skill level — it feels chaotic and arcade-like instead of tactical and realistic.Defending feels almost useless. Even when you position perfectly or manually defend, attackers break through with ease. ⚽ Let football feel like football again.
Toggle "like" notifications
I never liked the concept of likes. Especially because I get notifications about it which cant be turned off. I just dont see the point in getting a notification every few minutes about people hitting like on my comments. I just dont care. Its annoying on social media and forums alike. I care about people interacting. You know, giving actual feedback. The forum screaming "LOOK! Someone looked at your comment!" isnt interaction for me. Its annoying. What am I even supposed to do with that?? Also with the way the notification list is designed it bad for our eyes. It takes more time to sort out the notifications where people replied and they are mixed with the like notifications. And to top it off, I unfollowed topics and still get notifications about likes. Hi, Around 600 bug reports have been moved to a new category for the Sims 4, called "Awaiting Additional Reports". While I understand the purpose of the new category, it hides many bug reports and it's not as accessible anymore as before. It would be great to have this new category added to the sidebar (In "Featured Bug Statuses") for easier reach, better visibility and also transparency.
Unable to authenticate on EA Forums
Hi, For several days now, I'm not able to authenticate to EA Forums on most of my devices. This PC I'm using now is the only one (It's my work computer) who can but I think it still have cookies. On my personal computers, I could connect just by clicking on connexion button but now I'm asked to authenticate (I suppose cookies hav expired), I enter my email and password but it doens't work at all, all I have is a page with an error message about not being possible to authenticate. Of course, I have clean caches, reboot, try several browsers, accept cookies again, etc. My EA account works fine on other EA websites and in EA App but not on the forums. I'm in France (sorry for my english) so I thought my country was bannished but it doesn't work with Opera's VPN either. Thanks for your help.
Content Not Published when trying to post in the forum
Today I was going through my notifications and responding to posts as many do, when all of a sudden, this happens...... It is hard enough to keep track of where I am at in my notifications because when I look at them once, they ALL get marked as read. So when going back in it is a real pain to find where I left off. So this happening and saying try again later, when later I will probably have more notifications and then really have to spend some time to figure out where I was, is just terrible. Why would we be penalized for replying to existing posts we participate in? Maybe I could understand if we were limited to how many new posts we could start within a certain time frame but this is just bananas to me. I have posted before about the problem of all notifications being marked as read when you go into them. If that was fixed this wouldn't be such a big deal. Not to mention it would be time savingly awesome.
Small Forum Feedback
1. Date Display Style does not make different when you go to My Setting-->Preferences then you will see Date Display Style. I have try them both Relative and Absolute and did not see the different on my Profile. Can you look into it? 2. like the EA Forum Website but like to see more improvement. like EA forum Profile background change to black or cool BF4 background. Right now it just White background. So maybe add option to change it to different background? 3. Avatar on choose From Gallery🖼️ can you please look into add Star Wars again to the Gallery? Addition of World Tag for The Sims 4 Bug Reports
Hello! I think a World tag is missing from the available tags. For example I was just making a bug report about a world VFX which doesn't really fit any of the categories. I also know of a friend who made a report about sims going through the terrain in Innisgreen, which is also world related. It would of course be a somewhat more obscure tag, but worlds are their own thing both in game and file wise. Maybe it goes under something else internally I don't know about, but I think the addition of a World is needed.
