I met a bug when accessing an advisor
I can't access any advisor or create any case on this account. But this situation won't take place on my other accounts. When I create a case, there is not any case number, and the page remain at this forever and there will not be an advisor or "wait time"- like button.9Views0likes0CommentsPlease add the ability to join and invite friends to games from the friends list
On Origin, I enjoyed the ability to invite friends to Mass Effect 3 games directly from the friends menu even if I was in the middle of a game, as well as join friends' games in progress. This was especially useful if one of us disconnected from a match; we could invite each other back or join. Now Origin is discontinued, and the new app is missing this crucial feature. For games that aren't a part of EA Connect, the ability to invite friends is limited. For Mass Effect 3, we can only invite from the lobby. Joining or inviting mid-match, we're out of luck. Users have been asking for this for years. Please add this feature.5Views0likes0Comments- gg6vzbpae3kk2 days agoRising Newcomer19Views0likes0Comments
Why change my language setting?
its april 2025. There is a new update on the EA app. My setting has been english and was fine for many years. Suddenly the app decides to change it. In my Account Management it's english. in my OS setting its english. Please test your app and don't simply default based on region it's really annoying.13Views0likes0CommentsNo gift option in EA app still???
so tried buying battlefield 2042 for my friend since its on sale in the ea app but there is still no gift option.... a couple of my friends and I have gamepass ultimate and play through ea play but havn't really played the new battlefield after all the updates that fixed the game because one of our friends don't have gamepass I'll be honest he isn't the biggest fan of the large battle games (was a huge fan of the bad company ones) so on those titles we tend to gift him the games.... i have seen numerous forum posts seeing we hear you with replies dating 2yrs ago saying we hear ya and we still have no option I seriously don't understand the point in having your own launcher if you aren't making it so people can buy copies for their friends... hell i did that even when digital store fronts weren't a thingdafriz27 days agoRising Newcomer16Views1like0CommentsUnusable
I have literally installed and set up mods and other additions to tens of games outside of EA and spent hours on hours of trouble shooting and testing before getting them to work and nothing compares to the difficulty i have had trying to use the EA app on PC. Even opening the app fails 9 times out of 10, my hardware is fully adequate and i have zero issues with anything else. I wouldn't recommend using EA if they paid me to. Just uninstalled the app and i refuse to waste another second of my time trying to give it a chance. Save yourself braincells and unlimited hours of stress by doing the same. Its insane how a $37.8 Billion dollar company cant figure out how to let their customers access their games or apps. Its pitiful and I would be ashamed to be a part of this company. Ea, you will not receive one more second or cent from me, and hundreds of others also boycott you. I just hope that more people see you as the scam you are and dont waste hours of their time trying to give you a chance.sellysellston2 months agoSeasoned Newcomer22Views2likes0CommentsSIMS 4 Misspelling Architecture..
I literally cannot figure out how the heck to get in touch with the team to let them know that they have spelled Architecture wrong on the App, so I guess this is the best I can do? haha Anyway I know it's nothing major but thought I'd chuck this up because I would appreciate someone doing this for me!madisoneveo2 months agoNewcomer15Views0likes1CommentDownload speed graph addition
Sometimes its unclear if there is progress being made towards a download, as with big games there's no noticeable change in the currently downloaded Gb. Having a download speed graph with 0.1 or less Mb/s increments would make it feel like there is progres being made even if at the end of the day it does not provide new info. This and maybe increasing the decimals in the currently downloaded amount would be better. As a side note, adding custom download limits would be great too.ChilledNeutrino2 months agoNew Novice18Views0likes1CommentEA App, removing or blocking games
right to start I brought the sims 4 from steam a long time ago for nostalgia but they release add on add on add on, drove me nuts with the amount of junk (should be in the game only or most should have been included) either way I hardly played it as I think its junk, I blocked it in steam so no longer have a issue there ( I don't want to remove from account as iv paid for it ) however now this new EA app has started sending push notifications to the junk and there don't seem to be a way of blocking that one game without removing advertising for all games content advertising for games I own, and the EA app don't seem to have that function the website has no links to contact unless I'm banned apparently plus the bot chat is totally useless don't seem to have any understanding or of it own functionality programmed in.27Views1like0CommentsSurveillance
Awhile back I played Jedi Fallen Order on my Xbox. I made an effort to read the user agreement, and it said that EA has the technology (and the right) to monitor my play down to the button press. I don't call that improving my experience; I call that a violation of my privacy. So this is me saying "No, you don't have to right to watch me play. No, I won't look the other way because you offer me the chance to play as a Jedi." Because there are other, possibly better games out there. Because I and other gamers have the right to play by ourselves, without being under scrutiny. Thank you for taking the time to read this.amergin082 months agoSeasoned Newcomer12Views2likes0CommentsDistinguishing what games I purchased
I am trying to distinguish between the games I brought and the games that is part of the subscription. The way EA has the app it is mixed and some of the apps that I purchased keep saying it is part of the subscription and having say that leads to problems with what I own. I feel there should be a toggle button that shows the customer what games they paid for versus what is part of a subscription like some other apps do.Lonewolf10442 months agoSeasoned Ace14Views0likes0Comments- measv12HASN3 months agoRising Newcomer16Views0likes1Comment
