Please Git Rid of the Connection Balancing
There's been numerous discussions on Reddit, X, and other platforms about how the game tries to balance out the connection between 2 players on a server. There's been evidence that shows a lot of times the player with the better connection is actually at a disadvantage, as his AI reacts differently compared to his opponents AI. Weekend League is a perfect example of the discrepancy going on, please look at the amount of games that go into Extra Time. In years past 30-40% of games would go into Extra Time or even Penalties. In this years installment maybe 10-20% go into Extra Time. Most games are decided by 3 goals or more. This isn't a matchup or skill issue, its 100% based on how the game tries to equal things out. I'm not talking about Input Delay or Lag. A simple example is your AI players animations are delayed when they attempt a tackle or intercept a pass. Meaning you see your AI attempt to intercept it, but the ball is already way past them before you see the animation start. (This would have zero to do with lag or input delay, because your AI movement is on the sever side) So why is one player seeing animation delay? This really needs to be overhauled, you're penalizing too many players that have decent connections and rewarding players that are on poor wireless connections (You have specifically written help articles telling players to try and be on a wired stable connection, but the connection balancing programming is helping the players that are ignoring your advice)account ban

I firmly believe that this is a misjudgment, as I have not been involved in any illegal activities related to gold. Today, I conducted two legitimate player sales transactions. Firstly, I sold the cornerstone player Pina. After evaluation, I found that her style does not match my team's strategy. For optimization purposes, I listed her at the average market price only for the purpose of reallocating resources for better performance, without any intention of violating the rules. Secondly, I sell 'Halloween Mario' through online platforms. As a beginner, I made an honest mistake. Due to unfamiliarity, I have set the price at around 30000 gold. This is not an attempt to manipulate the market or cheat; Just lacking interface experience. This erroneous ban has had a great impact on me. I have invested a lot of time, energy, and money to build my team and make progress. It disrupted my game and caused emotional distress. I long to continue, participate in activities, participate in competitions, but now everything has been unfairly stopped. I sincerely request a thorough and fair reassessment. Once you review the facts, I believe you will find that the ban is unfounded and immediately lift it.
Rivals / Champs rewards
Hi, I didn’t receive 1 pack from Rivals rewards during the week. I believe it was a 75x10 rare gold players pack & after UT champs I didn’t recieve 3 packs which were all player picks for finishing with 9 wins . I have a problem with Squad Battle. Every time I log in, it logs me out of the game. I deleted the game and downloaded it again, and it's still the same. I tried another Sony, and it's the same thing. The problem isn't here. The problem is that I logged in with my second account, and the Squad opened for me. Message: Hello EA Support, I recently bought Rui Costa (105 OVR Icon) from the Market using coins. However, now I cannot sell him back. The "Sell" button is greyed out even though: The card is already unlocked I have removed him from my active squad and bench I have restarted the game several times This looks like a bug because normally cards bought from the Market should be tradeable. Could you please check my account and fix this issue, or change Rui Costa’s status back to tradeable? I have attached screenshots for your reference. Thank you very much for your assistance.
