I played squad battles and won on both games which would’ve taken me to gold 1 status, but it issued me 0 points both times. The level was on world class and it’s a first to ever happen to me. I want to raise awareness about the current FIFA ban system and my personal situation. I have been banned from the transfer market, even though I have not intentionally violated any rules. I genuinely believe this is a mistake, and I have tried to resolve it through the official appeal process. However, I have now reached a point where I am no longer even given the option to submit a third appeal. My previous appeals were reviewed, but I was still not reinstated, and now the system simply does not allow me to continue the process. I understand that rules are important for maintaining fairness in the game, but in cases like mine, where a player is truly innocent, the lack of proper human review and the inability to fully re-evaluate the case makes the system feel unfair and closed. I’m not asking for special treatment — only for a fair chance to have my case properly reviewed again. Hey everyone, I’ve been playing FC free-to-play for almost two years and recently got hit with a Transfer Market restriction for coin distribution, which I never did. I trade normally, listing players 10-20% above market price. During the La Liga TOTS period some sales went higher than expected due to market volatility and evo speculation. I had no control over what buyers paid on a public listing. I’ve submitted multiple appeals and keep getting the exact same automated rejection every time. No explanation, no specific transaction flagged, nothing. As a free-to-play player this basically breaks the game for me. Tradable pack rewards, duplicates, SBC fodder all stuck. Can’t improve my team at all. Has anyone here managed to get an actual manual review from the TOS team? Did you use live chat, a specific appeal format, or something else? If any EA staff sees this, I would genuinely appreciate an escalation or guidance on how to reach someone who can look at my full transfer history rather than an automated system. I am trying to complete the African League objectives and I only need 7 more matches and 7 goals in separate games, but the gameplay has become so unplayable that I can barely leave my own half. My players are unbelievably slow and take forever to control the ball. Even my 95-rated TOTS CR7 takes what feels like an hour just to control a simple pass. Every single player on my team suddenly has zero acceleration or responsiveness. (NO LAG!!!) And once again, tackling simply does not work properly. When I press and hold X ( or double tap) on my ps5 controller my players only jockey or shadow the attacker instead of actually attempting to win the ball, the same for my support defenders (L1 and double L1). I am using Advanced Defending, yet my defenders constantly refuse to make proper tackle animations or commit to challenges, doesn't matter the timing or possession. They just follow the attacker around doing absolutely nothing effective. They actually leave such a massive gap in front of them that you could land a plane in that space. This is happening all the time, not “sometimes” or “occasionally” — literally all the time in the last 10 matches. Defending feels completely broken and unreliable, especially combined with the delayed and heavy gameplay, only for me my opponent and their 87 rated gold cards run circles around my players! And somehow my 94-rated squad is once again playing worse than bronze cards. How does this cycle keep repeating itself over and over again? One moment the gameplay is decent-ish, then suddenly everything becomes heavy, delayed, and completely broken. What I genuinely do not understand is why we cannot have matches under the same competitive and fair conditions consistently. Why does the gameplay change so drastically so often, despite having a stable 10ms ping and no connection issues? (I tried all DNS by now, all ports forwarded, wired connection, no lag) At this point it feels like the game itself changes every few hours rather than player skill deciding the outcome. Furthermore, I do not even need to win the matches — I only need to score 7 goals in separate games — yet somehow this has become impossible over the last 10 matches. How does it make any sense that I can reach Division 4 and Division 3, consistently finish Elite 1 in Squad Battles (despite horrible gameplay, overpowered CPU AI and broken difficulty levels), yet suddenly cannot even score a single goal in normal matches? This is exactly why people are so frustrated with the gameplay inconsistency. One moment the gameplay feels playable — still far from ideal — and the next moment your entire team becomes slow, unresponsive, and completely incapable of basic football actions. At this point the experience is absolutely horrific. There is genuinely ZERO fun in playing when the gameplay changes this drastically from session to session. Solution: If the game doesn't detect the basic football action the match should be cancelled and not allow to continue in this unfair conditions. The game can detected inactivity easily, so why not gameplay errors? Hello I have unlocked a total of 8 archetypes and I still haven't been awarded the achievement for unlocking three archetypes. Update: The Collect them all achievement/trophy is broken between generations. For example, in my case I unlocked more than 3 archetypes on the Series X, however when I loaded the Xbox One version the achievement didn't unlock. The achievement/trophy requirements are clearly looking for the instance of the 3rd archetype being unlocked and therefore if you unlocked more than 3 before switching generations this becomes unobtainable. This is a very simple fix as there is no patch required. The achievement/trophy requirements just need to be amended to look for when greater than 3 archetypes are unlocked and not just exactly 3. I think this might be the only online game mode where the service provider does not offer equal conditions for both players. And they do it under the name of ‘balancing.’ I’m genuinely tired of losing matches against players who are far worse than me. Supporting the weaker player just to stop people from quitting the game completely goes against the spirit of competitive online gaming. Why is my enjoyment of the game being ruined because you can’t create a proper matchmaking system? We’re not asking for much. Whatever matchmaking algorithm exists in normal game modes should also exist in Championship. Bring in a proper Elo system. For the first time in 10 years of playing this game, I’m close to quitting.
